Refunds & Cancellations

Because our physical items are made to order, they are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Reg. 28(1)(b)). Once you place an order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, email us within 14 days at littledaintyloops@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Digital pattern PDFs are delivered instantly on payment. By purchasing you consent to immediate delivery and waive your right to cancel — so no refunds are offered on digital patterns once the download has been made available.

If you can't access your file, contact us and we'll sort it out.

The Patterns Membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed at the price shown on the membership page. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Because membership content (pattern PDFs, member-only posts and downloads) is digital and accessed immediately on signup, you agree at checkout to waive your 14-day right to cancel. As a result, membership payments are non-refundable, including partial months.

You can cancel at any time from the membership page via “Manage membership”. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

If a payment fails or you believe you were charged in error, get in touch at littledaintyloops@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
